Improve the Credibility of Engineering Appraisal Report Focus on Analysis and Specification

Abstract


The engineering quality of the judicial identification as of now there is no national or industry standards, the lack of uniform standards in the identification process, resulting in the identification of institutions to implement frequent operation is not scientific, regular and random phenomenon. Analysis is the core of the appraisal report, is a logical hub connecting the appraisal report, but individual identification mechanism analysis shows that the lack of factual basis and theoretical foundation, rigorous, scientific question, cause the appraisal report for the same identification issued by the discrete and diversity, reduce credibility. Based on the experience of many years of identification, the author analyzes the contents and matters needing attention through the empirical analysis, in order to be able to regulate the identification work.
