Investigation and Study on the Cultivation of Teachers' Skills in Normal Colleges in Liaoning Province—Statistical Analysis Based on SPSS Software

Abstract

Most of the normal students have strong professional accomplishment, mastering the rich professional knowledge and traditional teaching methods, which is the special nature of the teacher profession. The main purpose of this study is to understand the normal development of educational skills of normal students, to find out the problems, and to analyze the causes of these problems, then to further put forward the strategy for optimizing the skills of cultivating normal students.
