The Analysis of the Input-output Total Factor Productivity of the Science and Technology Human Resource in Jiangsu Province

Abstract


The input and output efficiency of Science and technology human resource will be affected by many factors. Among these factors, some are interrelated, some of which are independent of each other; some can be controlled, but some cannot be controlled; some can have an important impact on the evaluation results, some influence on the evaluation result is very weak. Therefore, the input-output efficiency evaluation index system of science and technology human resources should be simple and it can reflect the essential characteristics of evaluation objects. This paper is based on the idea of using the principal component of statistics analysis and correlation analysis and establish the regional science and technology human resource input and output efficiency evaluation index system eventually.
