An Algorithm of Bearing Fault Diagnosis Classifier Design

Abstract

Putting forward a method of template matching based on PCA. Use PCA to process the characteristic data, then use template matching method to classify, chosen by calculation, at last obtain the classification results. Experiment results show that implementation of the classification method is simple, recognition rate is high, speed of training and recognition is fast, classification ability is very good.
