Research on Wind Power Generation System Based on MATLAB/Simulink Software

Abstract

Wind randomness and bustiness, and sever environment, will cause wind turbine run unstable. Therefore, it is necessary to research wind turbines performance. Firstly, the wind power generator diagram is introduced in this paper, then the wind turbine power generation principle is analyzed. Finally, wind turbine simulation system is built with MATLAB/Simulink software. In the model, input parameters can be modified real-time, the output is tested under different input parameters, the waveform is displayed intuitively by oscilloscope. The system can provide technical support for laboratory and engineering personnel on wind power generation research.
