A Literature Review on the Studies of the Loss of Only Child Family in Our Country

Abstract


During the 40 years of the implementation of Family Planning Policy, the control on population size and population reproduction transformation in our country have had active effect. However, the risk of the policy and the society has also been increased accordingly, and the vulnerability of the one-child family has been prominent. In recent years, due to the constant increasing quantity of the loss only child family, many special and complex personal and social dilemmas have emerged. Many scholars in our country have begun to study this hot spot of society. This paper reviews and summarizes the literature which researches the social support to the loss only child family from the aspects of social supporting system, the intervention of social work and emotional interaction. Starting from the social support network construction and aiming at the different demands of the special group of loss only child family, our research should be more meticulous and pertinent.
