To Adapt to the Professional Value Orientation of Graduate Education in Mechanical Engineering Research—Taking Printing and Publishing Industry Personnel Training as Example
Abstract
This article analyses the significance of talent training from the national demand for talents cultivation, industry personnel training needs and the demand of the talents growth. It also takes five different perspectives in detail to elaborate the personnel training mode of specific methods and strategies to meet the needs of printing and publishing industry. It is guiding significance for the cultivation of the mechanical engineering graduate students to adapt to the professional value orientation.
