Study on the Public Policy Process of Urban Planning of Henan Province

Abstract

Along with the development progress of the economy in Central China, there are new breakthroughs achieved by Henan province in the public policy making in the urban planning. In Henan province, the implementation schemes related to the public policies such as Zhengzhou City Planning, High-tech Zone Construction in the First-tier City, and the Integrated Development of the Central Plains Urban Areas appeared in the process of implementing the new urbanization strategy.
