Analysis on Agricultural Cooperative Organizations: by Perspective of Division of Labor

Abstract

Agricultural cooperative organizations play important roles in agricultural development. This paper attempts to explore the rationality of agricultural cooperative organizations based on the perspective of division of labor. Agricultural organizational process is caused by the division of labor of transaction efficiency improvement and solves the dilemma conflict between the agricultural production specialization and transaction cost. This paper also explains its positive effects in specialization, diversification of specialization, roundabout economy and makes suggestions for development of agricultural cooperative organizations in China.
