Research on Hotel Service Process Reengineering Based On Mobile Internet Technology

Abstract

This paper analyzes the existing problems of the traditional hotel service process based on mobile internet technology and the characteristics of hotel service process. Then, it puts forward the reengineering of hotel service process with the core of mobile internet technology implantation into service process and builds a reengineering system of hotel service with the support of mobile internet technology, which provides a new thinking model for the reengineering of hotel service process and improving hotel service.
