Study on Niche of Business English from the View of Linguistic Economics
Abstract
With the continuous development of society, the education industry in China is also in a continuous reform and developing process. As an important profession, business English integrates two aspects of "business" and "English". With the accelerated international trade day by day, business English, as an important media in line with international standards, is playing an increasingly important role in international business and economic activities. As a new economic model, the combination of linguistic economics and business English will not only largely contribute to the teaching reform, but also have a great help to restore the linguistic niche. This paper firstly introduced the linguistic economics, and then discussed the significance of business English in timely work and teaching from the following three aspects, linguistic niche, cognitive niche and bio-cultural niche in order to help relevant workers.
