Abstract
The paper supports the thought of “Big managementâ€, believing that management is not the patent of professional manager but the theme that everyone faces in daily life. Management science is a general subject. However, in traditional teaching course of basic management theory, teachers put too much importance on the enterprise management function while ignore the students’ personal experience of management. The paper discussed this problem from the perspective of the cultivation of students’ self-management ability. By helping students using management knowledge to effectively solve personal problem, it can enhance students’ experience of management, and it is good to improve the teaching effect of basic management theory course.
