Study on Effect of Dual Networks Embeddedness on College Students’ Entrepreneurial Growth Based on Professions

Abstract


College students’ entrepreneurship should be combined with majors, based on professional knowledge as the core competitiveness, which is the basis of successful entrepreneurship. Dual embeddedness of social networks and industry networks is an inherent requirement to promote the growth of all entrepreneurial businesses. Features of embedded networks are different during different stages of college students’ entrepreneurship based on their professions. This determines college students’ entrepreneurial enterprises evolve from self-employed professional enterprises to professional enterprises and finally develop to product-innovative enterprises. This paper analyzes the effect of dual networks embeddedness on the growth of College Students' professional entrepreneurship from the perspective of embedded networks, making a few comments and suggestions in order to help students do professional entrepreneurship better and promote the growth of professional entrepreneurship.
