The Mediation Effects of Choice on Relationship Between Information Availability and Quality Targeting Elderly Care Service Users
Abstract
This study aims to identify the service quality perceived by Elderly Care Comprehensive Service users on the basis of ‘SERVPERF model’ targeting the service users, and verify the mediation effects of the choice which affects the relationship between information availability and quality. For this, 208 elderly care comprehensive service users in Jeollabuk-do were analyzed as the targets using a structural equation. In the result of this study, the information availability had a significant effect on the quality, and the choice has been shown to partly mediate the effects on the quality. Based on the results above, the suggestions for user-centered services have been provided.
