Study on the Mechanism of Knowledge Sharing and Failure Learning Among Employees in Start-up

Abstract


Based on the theory of social cognition, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of knowledge sharing on failed learning behavior among employees of start-up. Taking employees of newly established enterprises in Zhejiang province as the research object, 256 valid questionnaire survey data were used for hypothesis testing, and the results showed that :(1) knowledge sharing among employees of newly established enterprises had a positive impact on failure learning;(2) employees' self-efficacy can positively influence their failure learning behaviors;(3) knowledge sharing among employees of new enterprises can enhance their sense of self-efficacy.
