The Study on the Influence of High Commitment Organization on Employees' Occupational Well-being

Abstract


Based on resource conservation theory and self-determination theory, 318 employees in different industries were empirically investigated to further explore the influence mechanism of high commitment organizations on employees' occupational happiness. It is found that high commitment organizations are positively correlated with employees' occupational well-being. There is a positive correlation between high commitment organization and employees' behavior of work remolding. Job crafting plays a partial mediating role between high commitment organization and employees' occupational well-being.
