Jinyong Zhang

Abstract

A total of 395 students in junior sophomores were surveyed using the questionnaires on college students' learning input and college students' employment stress coping style questionnaires. The basic situation of college students' learning investment and employment stress coping styles and the relationship between them were discussed. The results show that: (1) there are significant differences in the individual factors of the employment stress coping style in the grade level, whether it is the only child, whether the class is dry, the discipline and the demographic variables of the student source. (2) In addition to compromise and attention shift, there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of college students' employment stress coping style and learning input. (3) Learning input and class work have significant predictive power for positive response to employment pressure.
