Multi-case Study on Business Model of Cultural and Creative Enterprises

Abstract


Under the environment of "Internet plus", promoting the development of cultural and creative industries has become a consensus and meanwhile is facing the challenge of transformation and upgrading. How to promote the development of its business model is a top priority for the development of cultural and creative industries. In this paper, the author selected Tanmujiang, Zhubajie and Wanshili to carry out multi-case study to build a business model of cultural and creative industries. Based on it, the paper makes recommendations on the "marketing strategy, model transformation," "reasonable organizational structure and self-capacity building," "innovation and culture, Brand image "and other aspects for the development of cultural and creative industries so as to facilitate relevant research.
