Study on the Relationship Between Communication and Job Performance

Abstract


This paper utilized the discovery of communications current situations and the role of lubricant to analyze the relationship between communication and job performance. Moreover, implications will be explored by the paper and practical suggestions will be offered to the employees and managers for their transfer from passive application to active changing.
