Abstract

Through the introduction of the overall value of computer software copyright, this paper distinguishes the copyright of computer software from other literary works, analyzes and the form of computer copyright infringement, and summarizes the manifestation of illegal evidence in infringement case litigation. This article leads to the exclusion of illegal evidence in software copyright and the application n of thinking.
