The Establishment and Practice of Training Mode for “A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers†in Material Forming and Control Engineering of Local Universities

Abstract

“A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers†was a major reform plan of Chinese education. Bing analyzed the development and connotation of material forming and control engineering specialty, "3+1" mode of talent training was established, which the core for undergraduates was aimed at engineering practical ability. In this mode, there were 3 years for theoretical study in campus and 1 year to improve engineering ability in relative enterprise. Students' basic professional knowledge, skills and engineering quality, ability were interpenetrated successfully. It is provided positive demonstration and beneficial reference for local collleges and universities to build the same kind of professions.
