Abstract

Principal-agent theory has been widely used in the game analysis of venture capital, for government venture capital guiding fund so it is. Unlike limited partnership of venture capital, guiding fund is established mostly in the form of a limited liability company, so it is necessary to study the supervision of guiding fund. Through analysis of tripartite game problems in government venture capital guiding fund, the paper established the game model, analyzed necessity of supervision of guidance fund.
