Abstract


In the backdrop of the much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning, economic to keep high-speed growth, policy has also been promoting "peopleoriented" management concept, organization self-esteem but as a group in specific situations and has the investment income of psychological capital is crucial to the development of the enterprise. Research on the mechanism of self-respect is very theoretical and practical. This paper reviews the research achievements at home and abroad, the organization self-esteem, development and research progress were summarized, and on this basis, analyzed and summarized, hope to provide a research idea for future research.
