Construction and Exploration of Chain Operation Management Curriculum in “Internet Plus†Era
Abstract
Against the backdrop of Internet Plus, a brand-new layout of commercial development has come into shape, during which traditional retail enterprises have embraced upgrading in succession and applied the concepts of “Internet Plus†and “o2o†for the transformation of retail stores. Consequently, operation and management of chain enterprises have been gradually informationized and digitalized, presenting new tasks and requirements for chain professionals. Through the analysis of desired capability characteristics in the talents of chain retailing enterprises and on the basis of teaching practice and experience, the paper hereby pinpoints the objectives of training of professionals in chain operation management, develops curriculum system satisfying the requirements of industrial and corporate development and reflecting the characteristics of occupational capacities, and lays solid foundation for the training of professional talents necessary to chain enterprises against economic New Normal. The paper provides recommendations for the training of chain operation management professionals in “Internet Plus†era and develops curriculum catering to the requirements of corporate development and reform, guiding the construction of the major, Chain Operation Management.
