What Happened During the Turmoil? Overview of Some Major Economies During the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis
Abstract
The Asian financial crisis brought turmoil to several Southeast Asian countries. This paper selected some major affected countries and regions, including Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Singapore, to analyze their economic performance throughout the crisis.
