On Chinese Vogue Word Translation from Cultural Perspective

Abstract

This paper discusses the source, and the features of vogue words, applies Susan Bassnett’ cultural translation theory and Eugene Nida’s translation theories to assess the Chinese vogue word translation, and eventually puts forward some translations strategies and techniques of Chinese Vogue words.
