Research on Intelligence Service

Abstract


In order to improve timeliness and pertinence of meteorological service for agriculture, after years of confirmed research into Intelligence service, an intelligent mobile phone application was designed and developed. We demonstrate the construction of forward-error correction. It is a practical intelligent service platform for agriculture meteorological.
