Analysis of Hotel Power Consumption Mode Based on Improved Clustering Ensemble Method

Abstract

In this paper, a hotel building in Shanghai's Huangpu District was studied to analyze its electricity consumption behavior using data analysis methods. For the problem of poor scalability of single clustering methods, a cluster ensemble model using optimizing clustering methods was proposed in this paper. A comprehensive clustering evaluation index was proposed to evaluate different clustering methods. Then good methods were filtered out and voting method was used to fuse results. The results showed that this method has better effectiveness. The improved cluster ensemble method was used in load curves to extract power patterns, analyze power constitution and characteristics.
