Application Management of National Natural Science Fund from Perspective of Scientific Research Secretary

Abstract

In order to effectively organize the application of the National Natural Science Fund(NSFC fund), improve the academic quality and text quality of the application, increase the application rate and funding rate, and promote the development of basic research and scientific research personnel, the application management process is summarized from the perspective of university scientific research secretaries. The specific methods are discussed from various aspects such as planning and preparation, mobilization guidance, form review, etc., to provide references for scientific research management workers. In terms of preliminary planning and preparation, work plans should be formulated and the application potential should be tapped; in terms of mobilization and guidance, arrangement should be advanced, mobilization should be precise, and guidance should be comprehensive; in terms of form review, professional guidance, patience and meticulousness, rigorous norms, and multiple reviews, should be provided. Finally, it is concluded that the scientific research secretary must strengthen the sense of responsibility and service, and give full play to the role of the post in the application process of the NSFC fund.
