Analysis on Economic Benefit of Industrial Enterprises in Yunnan Province Based on Principal Component Analysis

Abstract

This paper collects the data of 19 listed industrial companies in Yunnan province, and constructs the comprehensive evaluation index of industrial development what is suitable for the situation of Yunnan province and the actual development situation. Considering the solvency, profitability, management and development ability, this paper uses the principal component analysis method to transform the multidimensional index affecting the economic efficiency of the enterprise into several comprehensive indexes, and analyzes the main factors affecting the economic efficiency of the enterprise, and puts forward relevant suggestions for enterprise management.
