Characteristics Analysis of Vertical Milling Cutter Based Pro/E and ADAMS
Abstract
When removing the solid ice-snow, the cutting tool force is large and wear fast, which easy to cause damage to the road surface, so the design and technology of the snow removing tool is higher. The three-dimensional modeling of the solid ice-snow cutter was established by using Pro/E, and the force analysis was carried out, at the same time, the ADAMS software was used to analyze parameters such as the disc rotation speed and travel speed, the speed of the tool disc, which has influence on snow removal efficiency and power, the ice-snow removal experiment was carried out on the basis of the simulation analysis. The results show that the test is consistent with the simulation, and the performance parameters meet snow removal requirement. Besides, the efficiency and clearing net of snow removal are high, which provides theoretical basis for the research and development of snow removing machine.
