On Legal Protection Analysis of Mendelian Factor

Abstract

Since the 21st century, the human research on genes has entered the era of post-genes, genes has played an increasingly important role in the future of human society. However, compared with the genetic legislation in developed countries such as Europe and the United States, the status quo of China's legal protection of genesis is quite unfavorable, little attention has been paid to this, and there’s a big difference compared with the genetic legislation in these countries. The improvement of China's legal protection system of genes is analyzed in this thesis, which is mainly divided into three parts. The first part briefly explains the concept of gene and the significance of establishing legal protection.
