Research on Fuel Injection Control of Kerosene Piston Engine Based on Rapid Prototyping
Abstract
The application of kerosene piston engine is a inevitable trend of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) power system, and also there is a broad prospect in special vehicle fields. In this paper, a kerosene piston engine fuel injection control strategy by the intake quality prediction model is designed, a fuel injection control model is built by Simulink based on the rapid prototyping technology, and the control strategy is calibrated by measurement calibration tools CANape. Finally, the results of bench test show the effectiveness of the control strategy. At the same time, we explore out a new method for kerosene piston engine electronic control system.
