Positioning Accuracy Improvement Technology of Space-borne SAR Based on In-Orbit Slant-Range Calibration
Abstract
Positioning accuracy of the space-borne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is one of the most significant factors for imaging quality, especially for meeting the demands of quantificational application. In this paper, positioning accuracy improvement technology of space-borne SAR based on in-orbit slant-range calibration is proposed and implemented for the first time at home. To be more specific: firstly, we establish the accuracy error model of positioning accuracy with space-borne SAR, analyze the affected factors and propose in-orbit slant-range calibration to improve positioning accuracy; then, we study the in-orbit slant-range calibration technology from the angle of star-earth integration; finally, test data is used to carry out verification test to ensure the feasibility and validity of the scheme.
