Error Analysis and Data Processing of BDS Positioning Technology in EMI and Multipath Interference Environment
Abstract
Since the transmission lines are generally hundreds or thousands of kilometers long, they are vulnerable to the geological disasters. It would cause displacement and settlement of the tower base, which is a great threat to the stable operation of transmission lines. The BDS positioning technology are used to monitor the displacement and settlement of the tower base. However, the EMI and multipath interference of transmission line will reduce its data availability and increase the error level. In the paper, the error analysis theory is applied to analyze the error types of BDS positioning technology in EMI and multipath interference firstly. Then the coarse errors can be eliminated by the 3σ principle. The random error can be evaluated by the normal distribution theory. Finally, the optimal fitting curve is used to evaluate the displacement of tower base precisely. The proposed method could provide reference frame for the risk level assessment of transmission line tower
