Study on Rapid Taking Effect Test of Hydraulic Retarder

Abstract

The rapid taking effect test of the hydraulic retarder is introduced, and the variation law of the taking effect characteristics of the hydraulic retarder is tested, and the influence of working environmental factors and structural parameters on the hydraulic retarder rapid taking effect time is studied. The test results show that the rotating speed, and oil filling rate of circulation circle have a great influence on the taking effect characteristics of the hydraulic retarder. By adjusting the pressure of reservoir, the circular rotation seal, etc. it increases the taking effect speed of the hydraulic retarder.
