A Study of Comprehensive Support Measures for Food Safety Governance in China

Abstract

Food safety issue is the most serious issue concerning people’s health and life safety. This study analyzes the comprehensive mode, comprehensive mechanism, comprehensive system and tools, comprehensive propulsion by enterprises and industry associations, etc., of food safety governance. To improve the effectiveness of the propulsion of food safety governance, some specific practical operation suggestions with respect to aspects such as core concepts and ideology of food safety, comprehensive support of food production and processing, food packaging and transportation, food consumption, etc. are respectively put forward.
