Practice Exploration of "Six-in-one" Training Mode in College Students' "Double Creation" Education
Abstract
According to the degree of attention of college students to innovation and entrepreneurship, the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship on the future development of college students and the innovative entrepreneurial activities and related projects that college students have already participated in, the role of college communist youth league organization in the "double innovation" education of college students .To realize the "six-in-one" talent training system for professional curriculum education, professional accomplishment improvement, class teach and competition as one, entrepreneurship practice, job practice, and employment quality improvement. Give full play to the advantages of the Communist Youth League and serve the university students in a full-scale and three-dimensional manner. While stimulating the ability of technology-based talents to innovate and innovate, it will drive high-quality employment. The quality and potential of contemporary college students' innovation and entrepreneurship are unquestionable, but the initiative enthusiasm is poor. There is no cultural atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship in the university campus. In the new era, the national economy is undergoing supply-side structural reforms, and the core of supply-side structural reforms is innovation. The author conducted a survey on the “student entrepreneurial awareness and ability†for the students of Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology, distributed 800 questionnaires and collected 723 valid questionnaires. The results show that the proportion of information related to innovation and entrepreneurship is not as high as 38.59%, and only 37.07% is interested in innovation and entrepreneurship. The proportion of innovative entrepreneurial ideas but not dare to put into practice reached 69.16%.However, college students think that they should participate in innovation and entrepreneurship, accounting for 73.44%, and believe that colleges and universities should cultivate the proportion of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship quality and ability as high as 92.66%.
