Research and Design on Control System of Automatic Spraying Equipment
Abstract
The spray protection method used to protect the street trees in the city has achieved excellent results. Aiming at the problems existing in the existing whitening process, such as high labor intensity, low efficiency and great harm to the body caused by whitening agents, etc. a study on the control system of the existing spraying equipment was carried out. Based on the principle of mechanical and electrical integration to control the new type of mechanical spraying machine driven by air pressure, a new type of white machine is developed, and an automatic start stop control and pressure relief control system is designed. The system is used MCU, relay, and remote control components to control the start and stop of the diesel engine and work through the pressure sensor. The air pressure is monitored and the step motor is used for rotation control, so that the staff can operate remotely, control the diesel engine throttle handle and the clutch handle. Once the pressure exceeds the rated pressure, the air switch will automatically disconnect and the diesel engine will stop running, thus ensuring the diesel engine to start and stop and work. The state reduces labor intensity, improves labor efficiency, and ensures the safety of workers during whitewash. The research results provide guidance and direction for further promoting the application of automatic spraying technology in plant protection, and provide a theoretical basis for the application of remote operation of spraying equipment.
